A friend of mine who was keen to lose about 12 kilos recently went and stayed at Ontrack Weight Loss Retreat in the Blue Mountains, where she had excellent success in budging lifelong “fat reserves”, as well as budging some chronic lifestyle habits – in fact she came away from the retreat with such a renewed attitude that she’s since started a business which is going very well!
